The normal delivery time is 14-21 business days from the date of order dispatch. This time frame includes order processing, international transportation, and local delivery. Please note that the delivery time is an estimate and may vary slightly due to the following factors:

You can use the tracking number provided in the email to check the real-time delivery status of your package on the logistics carrier’s official website. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 3 business days after placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.
